We utilize precision inspection tools—including Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM), go/no-go gauges, and other calibrated instruments—to verify parts from the very first piece through the entire production run, as well as instrumentation customized to customer needs. First-piece inspections are always performed, followed by routine checks every piece or every 5th, 10th, or 20th piece depending on specifications, machining complexity, and part characteristics.
Compliance is reinforced through routine surveillance and audits, with each part checked against engineering drawings, customer designs, and applicable military and other authoritative specifications.. Annual AS9100 audits help maintain strict controls, including Foreign Object Debris (FOD) prevention measures vital to aerospace and defense customers. Collaboration between Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Quality Assurance teams ensures issues are caught early, handled transparently, and resolved in partnership with both customers and suppliers.
